A vision shaped by Living Water.
Pastor Callie Jones is the founder and visionary steward of Water 4 Women Ministry, A Sacred Sisterhood. Her ministry calling centers on creating a Christ-centered place where women can be spiritually strengthened, build meaningful community, receive practical support, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose.
She carries the vision as both shepherd and ministry architect. Under that vision, Water 4 Women brings spiritual formation, healthy relationships, mentorship, leadership development, and purposeful service into one clear pathway. The ministry is designed to be structured, intergenerational, and sustainable so women are supported in every season of life and prepared to pour into the generations that follow.
Pastor Callie's leadership emphasizes shared stewardship. The vision is protected through accountable governance, clear roles, safeguarding, financial integrity, leadership development, and succession planning. Her aim is a ministry culture that can remain faithful, healthy, and fruitful beyond any single event, personality, or generation.

The vision behind Water 4 Women
More than a program.
Water 4 Women was established to offer more than occasional gatherings. Its model joins biblical formation with trustworthy community, practical support, mentoring, and clear opportunities to serve and lead. The WATER Framework gives the sisterhood a shared spiritual rhythm: Walk with God, Abide in the Spirit, Transform Through the Word, Equip Others, and Reflect His Glory.
The ministry's seven generational communities help women navigate distinct seasons while remaining one sisterhood. The model reflects contribution, not hierarchy: every woman has something to receive, something to give, and room to grow.
